With a solid background over 26 years of experience across the infrastructure and property markets, Mike’s story is one of growth driven by tenacity and passion for profession that has delivered remarkable results for businesses world-wide and established long and lasting relationships with clients and teams alike. Mike’s education is founded in Quantity Surveying and his career in leadership and advisory services began in the UK, including managing an office of Currie & Brown (UK) for 6 years. He then accepted a role as Director of Currie & Brown (Australia) where he successfully led the Sydney Office for a number of years before being appointed as Managing Director in 2013, re-structuring and re-positioning the business strategy to deliver integrated project services, leading a team of over 300 and delivering double digit growth.
Mike is currently a lead Partner with KPMG Australia. With a successful career record on a wide range of sectors including social infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, utilities, mining, oil & gas and commercial property, Mike helps private and government clients in project delivery advisory, cost estimation and control, procurement, constructability reviews, scheduling, project/program management, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and EPMO/PMO development and implementation
